GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Set up will be at your home location - all proceeds are yours!
2. We will furnish yard signs to all participants for Sale Day, plus display entrance signage. Signs will be placed in your
yard on Friday afternoon before Sale Day.
3. Advertising to the public through social media will occur ONE WEEK prior to Sale Day beginning April 18th.
4. A digital map for shoppers will be created to display seller locations with general items for sale at each location.
The map will be posted on our website, yellowleafhoa.com on Friday, April 22. We anticipate approximately 20
residents participating.
5. After the sale is over, if you elect to donate remaining items, we will arrange for pick up by a non-profit charity, The
Foundry Ministries (we used them last time in October 2020). Items will be picked up after the sale ends at 2:00 pm;
items should be left in your driveway or front yard near the road.
6. In case of inclement weather, as determined the day before the Sale date, the rescheduled Sale date will be the
following Saturday, April 30th. Change in the Sale date will be communicated to participants on Friday, April 22.
