We hope you'll participate in our Chelsea Christmas tradition!  Here are the basic details, with the map and on-line application located below.

General Info: Completion of this application does not guarantee participation. Please wait for confirmation. NO refunds will be given after December 1, 2017. All non-prepackaged food vendors must have appropriate licenses displayed in your booth from the Shelby County Health Department (phone 205-664-2470 with health license questions.)

                  Community Center to the acreage behind Dairy Queen at Highways

Booth space will be assigned prior to the day of the event. We do not provide tents, extension cords, tables, chairs, displays or electricity. You may use a generator  - please let us know so we can place your booth accordingly.  Vendor check-in begins at 7:00 am on the day of the event.  Setup can be no earlier than 7:00 am on the day of the event without prior notification and all vehicles must be parked at an offsite location.

You may pay by check or credit card once your application is submitted.  Receipt of your application will be confirmed via email within 24 hours.
